During summer you are never allowed to make fire in the forest outside of official fire places! You are welcome to use the fire places on the camp spots as long as there is no complete fire ban. You can check the status for fire bans at the local phone from Bengtsfors Fire Department (räddningstjänsten) at +46 531-52 61 15. The message on tape is only in Swedish.
