We are normally accessible for phone calls, email and chat between 9:30 and 18:00 on week days and between 9:30 and 14:00 on weekends. This applies to the summer season from May until September. We are not always present at the rental station/lodge. If you want to meet us in person, it is important, that you contact us before.
If you have a booking, you will get a text message from us, one day before your arrival. You will be asked to reply to this message in order to prompt your (approximate) arrival time. We look forward to meet you at the lodge/rental station.
