Our office hours during the summer season (May to September):
- Weekdays: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Weekends: 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Please note that we are not always present at the rental station or lodge during these office hours. If you wish to meet us on-site, we recommend booking in advance or contacting us to schedule an appointment.
Important for booked guests:
- If you have a booking, we are on-site from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on your arrival and departure day. However, please plan to arrive between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to allow sufficient time for the boat handover.
- One to two days before your arrival, you will receive an automated SMS asking you to share your estimated arrival time. Please respond to this message so we can prepare for your arrival efficiently.
